Refund Policy

Return/ Refund is valid only if you receive defective products. Defective products include: major tears, major stains, prints coming off, wrong product.

In order to be validated for a return/ refund,one must submit an unpacking video. Where you must show all 4 sides of the package before opening. Cut the package and open it. Show the product to us and focus on the defect. All of this should be in one single video, no cuts or pauses.

Then, send clear pictures of the defect, and shipping sheets attached to the courier witht the bill.(Otherwise you won't be considered for a refund.) 

Send all the above mentioned to our Instagram account. 

If you provide us information with the above mentioned details ,Package will be taken back and once it recahes us, refund will be initiated.

So sorry about this, do understand that we are a very small business and we are trying not to get scammed by fake customers.

The video must be submitted on the day of receiving package (by 11.59pm)
